HPO A La Carte Menu

You may have toured the HPO or you’ve already booked with us (yay!) and you’re thinking, what is this a la carte menu all about? We’d love to break down each item on the upgrade list to make planning for your HPO event a little easier! Keep in mind, all of these are options! We love the blank canvas that our space provides- so you can go all out or keep it minimal. We see a little bit of both every weekend!

Lighting Package

Let’s break this complex package down for you: (Of course, you can upgrade to the entire package or choose certain elements.)

  • Custom Gobo- a custom projection on the wall or on the dance floor. This light can include your names, monogram, wedding date, etc. We have designs to choose from but if you don’t like what you see, you can send us your own design.

  • Uplights- these lights bathe the walls of the HPO from the floor up. We have 30 lights that are set up by our staff in the color of your choice. They really add a warm ambiance or party vibe to the room!

  • Pinspots- these are small magnetic lights that highlight key elements of your wedding like your table centerpieces, cake, etc. Our staff sets these up to make everything shine just right.

Linens

If you’d like ivory floor length linens, we’ve got you covered! We have ivory polyester tablecloths for all of the tables here at the HPO, as well as various color napkins. If you’d like different colors, we’re happy to refer you to some awesome rental companies!

Farm Tables

Oh how we love our farm tables! We have two farm banquet tables that are 12 feet long and 31 inches wide- plenty of space for up to 6 guests on each side! These beauties are also on wheels, so they can move anywhere downstairs. These are the perfect upgrade for the head table of your Pinterest dreams!

Setup/Breakdown Service

The HPO can set up your tables and chairs before the ceremony and break them down after the reception. We will also place and remove tablecloths if you rent them through the HPO. This service DOES NOT include the flip of the room- your caterer and coordinator are in charge of that portion!
