Weekday Rate (Monday - Thursday) - $12,000

Weekend Rate (Friday or Sunday) - $13,000 (This package is not offered on Saturdays)

Designed for couples who want a beautiful, stress-free wedding experience without the time-consuming planning process, this intimate package offers a thoughtfully curated celebration with trusted, pre-selected vendors and essential services included. Enjoy a seamless wedding day with fewer decisions to make, while still creating meaningful memories with your closest family and friends. With a maximum guest count of 50, this option is perfect for couples seeking an elegant, intimate celebration with simplicity and value in mind.

What is included?

  • 5 hour event to include hosting your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

  • 12 hours of rental time to include: setup of personal decor, use of suites, event (5 hour limit for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception) and breakdown of personal decor

  • Setup and breakdown service for tables, chairs, linens, napkins and included HPO decor

  • One planning meeting with each included vendor to discuss options for your day. The following vendors are included in your package: caterer, DJ, photographer, florist, baker, and officiant

  • 1 planning meeting with the HPO for timeline and floorplan development

  • 1 final phone call to review all event details

  • The following HPO items are included in your package:

    • 6 round guest tables

    • 50 mahogany Chiavari chairs

    • Ivory polyester linens for all tables

    • Polyester napkins for guest tables in various colors

    • 1 sweetheart table

    • 1 cake table

    • 6 ft table for guestbook

    • 6 ft table for cards/gifts

    • 6 and 8ft tables for buffet/appetizers

    • 6 ft table for DJ

    • 4 cocktail tables

    • 1 handmade wooden bar

    • Uplights

    • Decor: 4 votive candles per guest table, table numbers, 5 lanterns, cake server, cake stand

Includes a buffet-style dining experience for up to 50 guests as well as the following services:

  • 1 meeting with client to select menu

  • 2 stationary appetizers

  • 2 entree choices and 3 sides per guest

  • Cake cutting service

  • Self-servce water and tea station

  • Catering staff

  • Standard white china, cutlery and glasses

DJ

Vendor: Melody & Co.

Includes: 1 meeting with client and music/emcee services for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and dance party lighting

Photographer

Vendor: Fowler Studios

Includes: 1 meeting with client, up to 7 hours of photography, and digital gallery of edited images

Florist

Vendor: Jeff's Flowers of Course

Includes: 1 meeting with client, 1 bouquet, 1 boutonniere, 1 ceremony arrangement, 6 centerpieces, and cake flowers

Baker

Vendor: Sinful Treats Bakery

Includes: 1 meeting with client, 2-tiered cake with textured buttercream OR 1-tiered cake with textured buttercream + 48 cupcakes

Officiant

Vendor: Chuck Daniel

Includes: 1 meeting with client, licensed officiant to perform ceremony, customizable ceremony script

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. This package is limited to 50 total guests, including the couple, wedding party, and any children requiring a seat. This limit cannot be increased.

  • No. The package price is fixed and does not change based on guest count.

  • No. Bringing in your own vendor(s) does not change the package price.

  • Yes. If needed, rehearsals are held on the wedding day approximately 3 hours before the ceremony. Separate rehearsal dates are not available.

  • No. Alcohol is not included. If served, you are responsible for obtaining a 24-hour ABC license and providing all barware and supplies. Bartending services should be arranged with your caterer, and additional fees may apply.

  • Yes. Additional venue enhancements may be added for an additional fee.

  • The package price is all-inclusive unless you choose additional à la carte items. A separate $500 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required and added to the total. Event insurance is required for all events and must be obtained and paid for separately through an outside provider. If alcohol is served, an ABC license is also required and must be obtained separately. Any additional upgrades selected through other vendors will be paid directly to those vendors.

  • Weekday weddings may be booked at any time. Fridays and Sundays may be booked up to 6 months in advance. Saturdays are not available for this package.

  • Yes. Personal décor items must be set up and removed by the renter within the allotted event timeframe. HPO does not provide setup, storage, or breakdown services for personal items.

  • No. The courtyard/mezzanine is not available for ceremonies or cocktail hours. The courtyard may be used for parking or kept clear for photography opportunities.

  • Yes. Hair and makeup services are not included in the package and must be arranged and paid for separately by the renter.
